Personal information

The badge number associated with this user. This number must correctly correspond to a user in order for the tablet-login system (in the lobby) to work properly.

Permissions

Designates whether this user can log in. Unselect this instead of deleting accounts.
Designates this user as technical staff. Technical staff can start remote projects, check maintenance, change configuration, train users etc.
Designates this user as part of the User Office. User Office staff can create and manage users and projects, charge supplies, check usage etc.
Designates this user as Accounting officer. Accounting officers can manage projects, view user details, and check usage/billing.
Designates this user as service personnel. Service personnel can operate qualified tools without a reservation even when they are shutdown or during an outage and can access authorized areas without a reservation.
Specifies how to bill staff time for this user. When checked, customers are billed at technician rates.
Designates this user as facility manager. Facility managers receive updates on all reported problems in the facility and also review access and adjustment requests.
Designates that this user has all permissions without explicitly assigning them.
When selected, the user is blocked from all reservation and tool usage capabilities.
